2-Day From Dar Es Salaam -Tarangire & Ngorongoro Crater

At 6:00 AM (pick-up time may vary depending on your hotel location in Dar Es Salaam), our driver will transfer you to the airport for your 8:00 AM flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 AM, your driver-guide will take you on a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, sharing insights about the history and culture of Arusha and the Maasai people along the way.

Tarangire National Park is renowned for its rich biodiversity, including large elephant herds. The park features a variety of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to open savannahs, nourished by the Tarangire River. Keep an eye out for lions stalking their prey or leopards resting gracefully in the treetops.

Afternoon: Enjoy a packed lunch within the park during your game drive.
Evening: The game drive concludes around 4:00 PM, followed by a transfer to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at 6:00 AM, depart for Ngorongoro Crater for an early game drive. The morning drive offers the best views of the crater and the highest wildlife activity.

The Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the world’s largest uninterrupted caldera and one of Africa’s natural wonders. It is home to approximately 30,000 large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, along with a rich variety of birds such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Wildlife is abundant, allowing you to see many animals in a short time.

The game drive concludes in the afternoon, followed by a transfer to Arusha Airport for your 5:30 PM flight to either Zanzibar or Dar Es Salaam (same price). Upon arrival, your driver will transfer you to your hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
