Day 1
ARRIVAL DAY
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where a driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your lodge or hotel in Arusha. Rest and recover from your travels in a serene setting, surrounded by lush gardens or views of Mount Meru. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a brief city tour or local coffee tasting. In the evening, dine at the lodge and prepare for the exciting journey ahead. Overnight in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s legendary northern safari circuit.

Day 2
FLY TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy an early breakfast, then transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Seronera Airstrip in Serengeti National Park. From above, witness the incredible landscapes stretching below. Your guide will greet you on arrival and begin your first game drive through the Central Serengeti—renowned for its abundance of wildlife and iconic scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch en route. Spend the afternoon exploring, spotting predators, grazers, and birdlife. Arrive at your tented safari camp before sunset. Dinner and overnight in the heart of the bush.

Day 3
FULL DAY SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Begin early to catch predators on the move. Your guide will tailor the route to increase your chances of spotting the Big Five or the Great Migration (seasonal). Visit hippo pools, acacia woodlands, and open plains teeming with antelope and cats. Enjoy a bush picnic or return to camp for lunch and a short rest. Wrap up the day with sunset views and a relaxing evening around the campfire.

Day 4
SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CRATER
After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti with a final game drive on your way out. Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most impressive natural wonders. Descend into the caldera for a half-day game drive, where you might encounter lions, elephants, hyenas, flamingos, and the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch near a hippo pool, ascend and drive back to Karatu. Arrive at your comfortable mid-luxury lodge surrounded by highland scenery. Unwind with a warm meal and peaceful evening.

Mto wa Mbu Walk/Bike & Flight to Zanzibar or Home
Begin the day with a cultural walking or biking tour in Mto wa Mbu, a vibrant village near Lake Manyara. Explore banana plantations, bustling markets, and local art scenes with a knowledgeable local guide. Gain insight into daily Tanzanian life and enjoy a homemade lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to either Manyara or Arusha Airport for your onward flight to Zanzibar’s white beaches or your international flight home. This final day offers a perfect blend of culture and relaxation to end your journey.
